Thank you for choosing Beaded Akcent online store. Below, you'll find shopping and shipping policy, including details about fees, free shipping, and pick-up options.

Fees:  Shipping fees are determined based on the destination country. The exact fee for your order will be displayed during the checkout process. The fees range from 3 to 26 EUR, depending on the country your order will be delivered to.

Where to: Currently, shipping is available to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom and United States of America.

How:  All orders are dispatched from Brno (Czech Republic) within 2-5 working days via delivery company Zásilkovna (Packeta). And can be tracked on their website -> Track Parcel. 

Order tracking number will be available in the order shipping confirmation email. 

Free Shipping/Pick Up:

Free pick-up and shipping options to make your shopping experience even more convenient.

  • Free Pick Up: If you're located in Brno, Czech Republic, you can take advantage of free pick-up option at the designated location Česká, Čára - Meeting Point "Pod hodinama";

  • Free Shipping within Czechia: For customers within Czech Republic, free shipping for orders exceeding 1000 CZK;

  • Free International Shipping: Customers placing orders to other available for delivery countries are eligible for free shipping when the total order exceeds approx. 100 EUR. Exception: for United States of America, free shipping is for orders exceeding approx. 150 USD. 

    Order Processing and Shipping:

    Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing within a few business days (please, note that custom orders shall be processed within separate time-frame that we will agree upon in our communication). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

    • Note: shipping time depends on Zásilkovna (Packeta) and the destination country. Beaded Akcent is not able to influence the delivery date and is not responsible for any shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances after order is dispatched.
    • Important: orders shipped to the countries outside of EU can undergo custom checks, and experience additional checks, delays or charges, for which Beaded Akcent is not responsible. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
